A real estate company in Qatar is seeking a Procurement Assistant/Coordinator to support the procurement process by sourcing suppliers and processing purchase requests. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management and 1-3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems is essential. This full-time role includes responsibilities such as maintaining vendor lists and preparing procurement documentation, offering opportunities for career growth in a fast-paced environment.
To support the procurement team in sourcing suppliers processing purchase requests preparing documentation and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services required for real estate projects property operations and facility management activities.
Assist in receiving reviewing and processing purchase requests from various departments (FM Projects Maintenance Leasing etc.).
Maintain the Approved Vendor List (AVL) and support vendor registration and documentation updates.
Assist in tracking supplier performance related to quality delivery and responsiveness.
Assist in preparing procurement documents such as RFQs POs LPOs quotation comparison sheets and contracts.
Maintain well-organized procurement files both digital and hard copies to support audits and compliance.
Update procurement logs status trackers and delivery schedules.
Prepare daily weekly and monthly procurement status updates.
Support in maintaining cost-tracking sheets and budget-related reports.
