Job summary

A leading technical services company in Doha is looking for a Process Head EPC-2 with over 10 years of experience in process engineering. The candidate will oversee process design, ensure compliance with project deliverables, and lead the process engineering team. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, along with a Bachelor's in Engineering. This position focuses on managing all aspects of process design, supporting commissioning and ensuring timely delivery of technical documents.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years experience as a senior Process Engineering level.
• Broad knowledge of Engineering execution including design standards, specifications, codes, safety criteria.
• Experience in onshore facilities design, construction and operations.
• Strong English communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure process requirements comply with project deliverables.

About the job Process Head EPC-2 (N-1913)

Job Description Highlights:

• Ensures process requirements (e.g. PFDs, P&IDs, HMB, project specifications, data sheets, etc.) fully comply with project deliverables and through effective collaborations and interfaces ensures the Process design considers the full production life cycle and safety aspects.
• Provides Process engineering knowledge, design, quality assurance, leadership and expertise while supervising and administering Process team design in accordance with project deliverables and approved execution schedule.
• Responsible for overseeing process engineering scope with the EPC Contractor in delivery of all aspects of Process selection, design, equipment, technical and execution definition, including planning for detailed design, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Provide clear guidance to the EPC contractor and facilitate resolution of all technical issues associated with process design to meet project objectives and milestones.
• Responsible to review, endorse and/or approve technical documents and drawings related to the Process discipline within agreed timelines.
• Provide process engineering support to commissioning and startup of installed facilities.
• Excellent written and oral English skills.
• Strong organisational, planning and coordination skills.
• Strong technical, prioritisation and management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs, Lotus Notes, etc.
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering discipline
