Job summary

EliteHire in Al-Rayyan, Qatar is seeking a skilled gardener to maintain outdoor spaces at a private residence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for plants and a keen eye for detail, able to work independently.

Responsibilities include seasonal planting, pruning, watering, pest monitoring, and working with household staff. This is a part-time role offering 20 hours per week with visa sponsorship and flight tickets provided.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of gardening in private residences or similar.
• Knowledge of local plants and care requirements.
• Ability to safely operate gardening tools and equipment.
• Excellent time management to complete tasks on schedule.
• Physically fit to work outdoors in various weather.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute seasonal planting and landscaping projects.
• Maintain the health and appearance of plants, trees and shrubs.
• Regularly water, fertilize and prune as needed.
• Monitor for pests and diseases and take appropriate action.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Keep outdoor areas clean, tidy and free of debris.
• Collaborate with other staff members to coordinate maintenance tasks.
