Job Description We are looking for a Principal Fusion EPM Techno-Functional Consultant who will be responsible for providing consultancy, working with customers, translating ideas and concepts into implementable, supportable designs, and also have experience in providing technical solutions aligned with Oracle standards. You will maintain and support customers' eBusiness Suite applications and Fusion SaaS, either on-site or remotely, implement and run PaaS solutions such as Oracle Integration Cloud/SOA and integration to Oracle SaaS products, develop, integrate and implement application components including front‑end development, internal database integration and OTBI Reports. You play a direct role in programming, maintenance, technical support, documentation and administration of Oracle Cloud applications.

What You Will Do

  • Ability to be a technical team leader and coach team members in relevant skills, recognizing the contributions of others in the team.
  • Assess and analyze customers' business needs to ensure Oracle solutions meet the customer’s objectives.
  • Assist customers in their overall journey to cloud.
  • Ensure Oracle cloud technologies are leveraged appropriately using best practices.
  • Be the Oracle solution delivery authority to ensure customers make informed decisions regarding scope for cost‑effective, high‑quality, reusable solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance on Oracle cloud and/or on‑premise solutions to customers and other Oracle team members to underpin successful delivery.
  • Support solutions around multi‑cloud and hybrid cloud setups.
  • Ensure successful handover from implementation to operations, ensuring solutions fit customer requirements.
  • Maintain the Oracle solution to meet customer demands across on‑premise, cloud and hybrid platforms.
  • Work closely with the Technical Account Manager to ensure individual work streams are technically well managed.
  • Be the main contact for new business opportunities by supporting our presales team, identifying and promoting opportunities for Oracle products and services.
  • Actively lead and contribute to strategic programs and initiatives.
  • Summarise by helping to leverage the best value our company offers to our customers.

What We Are Looking For

  • Professional with relevant work experience and expertise in EBS and Fusion SaaS applications, especially the EPM track, capable of handling a range of Oracle EPM projects.
  • Technical specialist handling tasks from building integrations from scratch, troubleshooting existing technical solutions, to offering advisory and pre‑sales expertise, responsible for requirement gathering, CRP workshops, design, configuration, formula writing, testing, payroll run strategy and execution.
  • 10+ years delivering Oracle solutions and/or transformation programs, ideally using cloud technologies.
  • Fluency in Arabic & English, required for both reading, writing and speaking.
  • Ability to deliver services remotely or on‑site depending on business requirements.
  • Experience as a specialist, developer or similar with cloud solution design, development and delivery.
  • Proficiency in designing and developing Oracle cloud solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with technical and non‑technical staff at all levels.
  • Undergraduate or higher level degree holder, or equivalent experience, will be considered.
  • Positive, resilient, creative attitude with an open, agile mindset in front of challenging situations.
  • Driven to propose innovative solutions and mature them.
  • Ability to break down complex problems/issues and make appropriate assessments and recommendations.
  • Think outside the box and bring creative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • 10+ years implementation experience of EPM solutions.
  • At least 4 years implementing EPM SaaS applications.
  • Design and develop OTBI reports and write basic data extraction queries using SQL.
  • Experience with CX is an advantage.
  • Review Oracle Fusion quarterly functional updates, understand and map to business needs, test, validate and deploy upon business confirmation.
  • Engage in pre‑sales activities and write technical proposals.
