A leading technology firm in Qatar is seeking a Principal Oracle EBS HRMS / HCM Consultant who will provide expert consultancy, translate business requirements into Oracle solutions, and enhance customer HRMS applications. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge in Oracle EBS HRMS, and a bachelor's degree in a related field. We are looking for a Principal Oracle EBS HRMS / HCM Consultant who will provide expert consultancy work closely with customers and translate business requirements into implementable and supportable Oracle solutions. You will have hands‑on experience in Oracle E‑Business Suite HRMS providing technical and functional solutions aligned with Oracle standards maintaining and supporting customers EBS applications and integrating with Fusion SaaS where applicable. The role also involves developing integrating and implementing application components including front‑end development database integration and OTBI / BI Publisher reports. You will play a direct role in programming maintenance technical support documentation and administration of Oracle HRMS applications.
Help customers maximize the value of Oracle EBS HRMS delivering robust efficient and sustainable solutions aligned with business objectives.
