Job summary

Flyper in Al-Rayyan, Qatar, seeks an experienced Indian waiter to join a prestigious high-end restaurant. You will greet guests, take orders, serve beverages and food, and contribute to an outstanding dining experience.

Requirements include Indian nationality, fluent English, 1+ year in a fine-dining setting, excellent communication, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Accommodation is provided along with a full-time position and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must be of Indian nationality.
• Fluent in English (Arabic a plus).
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a waiter in a high-end restaurant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and seat them at their tables.
• Present menus and take orders from guests.
• Ensure accuracy of orders and relay to kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages with attention to presentation.
• Provide recommendations and upsell when appropriate.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, or concerns professionally.
• Process payments using POS system.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and setup for each shift.
• Collaborate with team to provide excellent service.
