Alfardan Group in Doha is seeking a skilled Barista to join our high-end restaurant team. The successful candidate will prepare and serve premium coffee beverages, maintain exceptional service standards, and create a memorable guest experience in a dining environment.

You will work with the latest coffee equipment, master latte art, monitor inventory, and collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure a seamless guest journey while upholding food safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar coffee-focused role.
• Knowledge of latte art and espresso preparation.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee, tea, and other beverages to the highest standards.
• Familiar with latest hot and cold beverages, latte art, coffee equipment and maintain the workstation clean and organized.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to deliver a seamless guest experience.
