About the job PMT Construction Manager - Oil & Gas

Job Title: PMT Construction Manager

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience required.

Minimum 15 years of Oil & Gas EPC project experience, including GCC experience.

Proven expertise in construction engineering and project execution within Oil & Gas.

Strong knowledge of construction discipline and execution sequencing, including modulization.

Proficient in MS Office and SAP.

Excellent organizational, planning, and execution skills.

Strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively at all organizational levels.

Ability to influence and motivate teams to meet project objectives.

Experience managing construction teams and subcontractors on complex projects.

Leadership in developing construction deliverables and managing SIMOPS.

Ability to coordinate onsite construction activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders for smooth project delivery.

Innovate technical and execution solutions to enhance construction and commissioning transitions.

Manage construction plans, procedures, and deliverables approval.

Mentor construction teams and lead construction activities from kickoff through completion.
