Responsibilities:

• Attend to plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Install or maintain heating systems
• Repair sanitation systems
• Fit bathrooms
• Perform emergency repairs
• Carry out and ensure Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
• Install underground storm, sanitary, and water piping systems, including connections to fixtures
• Use hand and power tools such as pipe cutters, threading, and bending machines safely and professionally
• Assemble pipe sections, tubing, and fittings using appropriate methods
• Repair and maintain plumbing, replacing broken pipes and clearing blocked drains

Education: 2-year Diploma in Air Conditioning, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized college

Experience: 3 years of related maintenance work or equivalent combination of education and experience

Technical Skills: Knowledge of plumbing fixtures and components

Behavioral Skills:

• Ability to work under pressure and with teams to achieve efficiency
• Self-motivated with leadership skills to motivate others
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
