Job summary

Role Description

A full-time Physiotherapist is required for an on-site role based in Doha, Qatar. The Physiotherapist will assess patients’ physical conditions, review medical histories, and perform detailed examinations to develop individualized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include implementing evidence-based therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and rehabilitation programs to improve mobility, reduce pain, and prevent further injury. The role involves documenting patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. The Physiotherapist will also educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications, while maintaining high standards of professional ethics, safety, and patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in patient assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of physiotherapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises and manual therapy.
• Ability to use clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice to support rehabilitation goals, monitor progress, and modify treatment plans appropriately.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients, work effectively in multidisciplinary teams, and provide clear education and counseling.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate clinical documentation, adhering to regulatory standards, and following safety and infection control protocols.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) from an accredited institution; valid license or eligibility to practice physiotherapy in Qatar.
• Experience in musculoskeletal, orthopedic, sports, or neurological rehabilitation settings is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Doha, Qatar, with flexibility to manage varying caseloads and schedules.
