Job summary

Work standard seeks a qualified Physician Assistant in Al-Khor, Qatar to join our clinical team. The role involves collaborating with physicians to assess patients, develop treatment plans, and perform procedures under supervision.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s in Physician Assistant studies, have at least two years’ experience, a Qatar PA license or eligibility, and strong English communication. Arabic is a plus; salary is 1,400 USD monthly with accommodation and insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physician Assistant studies or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physician Assistant in a clinical setting.
• Valid license or certification as a Physician Assistant in Qatar or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform various medical procedures independently.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; Arabic is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and assist in developing treatment plans under the supervision of a physician.
• Administer medication and other medical treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results.
• Educate patients on their medical conditions, treatment plans, and medications.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
