Want More is seeking a Phlebotomy Technician for our Al-Khor clinic. You will collect blood samples, perform venipuncture and capillary puncture, and label and transport specimens to the lab.

You will record patient information in the electronic medical record, follow safety protocols, maintain a clean work area, and interact with patients with empathy while supporting the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification as a phlebotomist or medical assistant preferred.
• Experience working as a phlebotomy technician highly desired but not required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
