Work in USA is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join the team in Al-Khor, Qatar. The ideal candidate is a Malayalee professional with strong English communication skills and at least two years of phlebotomy experience.

You will perform venipuncture, collect samples, and ensure accurate labeling and safety procedures. The role requires infection control training and the ability to maintain a calm, detailed-focused approach in a high-pressure clinical setting.

Formación

• Must be fluent in English.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Phlebotomist.
• Trained in proper infection control measures.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in explaining procedures to patients.
• Attention to detail is crucial in this role.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and explain the blood-drawing process.
• Prepare equipment and supplies needed for blood collection.
• Identify the correct veins for blood draw based on patient's age, health status, and medical history.
• Perform venipuncture using a variety of techniques.
• Label and record collected samples accurately.
• Ensure proper disposal of used needles and other hazardous materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work area.
