Overview

Pharmacist job vacancy in Doha, Qatar. We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience within the field of pharmacy with excellent knowledge of medications and their effects.

Responsibilities

• Dispensing drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners
• Compounding and labeling medications
• Checking the quality and appropriateness of prescribed medication
• Ensuring that all medication is stored correctly in the pharmacy
• Keeping up-to-date records of drugs supplied and purchased
• Offering advice on the selection, dosage, interactions, side effects and proper storage of medicines
• Maintaining patient confidentiality at all times
• Staying abreast with changes in pharmaceutical technology and laws governing pharmaceuticals

Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college or university
• Licensed as a pharmacist in Qatar
• Excellent communication skills for discussing medication needs with customers
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Good customer service skills
• Working knowledge of computer software systems such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Willing to consider foreign candidates who meet the requirements

Salary: 1400 QAR monthly.
