Petroleum Engineer - Drilling and Production Specialist (Egyptian). We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Petroleum Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As a key member of our drilling and production operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe extraction of oil and gas resources from our fields.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and oversee drilling operations, including well design, equipment selection, and drilling fluid management
  • Monitor well performance and make recommendations for optimization
  • Conduct reservoir analysis to determine production potential and develop strategies to maximize recovery
  • Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to troubleshoot operational issues
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
  • Communicate regularly with management to provide updates on project progress
Qualifications
  • Bachelor''s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in drilling and production operations
  • Strong knowledge of drilling techniques, equipment, and procedures
  • Familiarity with reservoir engineering concepts such as pressure behavior analysis, decline curve analysis, etc.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget
  • Egyptian nationality preferred, but not required.
