Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Trainer to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments and consultations with clients to determine their current fitness level, goals, and any limitations.
• Design personalized fitness programs tailored to each client's needs including cardiovascular, strength training, and flexibility exercises.
• Instruct clients on proper exercise form and techniques to prevent injury.
• Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to their program as needed.
• Provide ongoing motivation and support to help clients stay on track with their fitness goals.
• Educate clients on the importance of proper nutrition for overall health and fitness.
• Maintain a clean and safe workout environment at all times.
• Keep up-to-date with industry developments, trends, and scientific research related to fitness training.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Fitness Trainer or related role.
• Strong knowledge of exercise science principles, anatomy, physiology, nutrition and weight management techniques.
• Proven ability to create effective workouts for a variety of clients with different needs and abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English. Arabic language skills are preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
