People & Organization Development Support Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to lead and support the development of our employees and organizational growth initiatives.

Experience

• Expert level - 14+ years
• Drive learning and development programs, assess training needs, and design knowledge enhancement solutions aligned with Individual Development Plans (IDP) and Fresh Graduate Development Plans (FGDP).
• Collaborate with leadership to build a robust talent development strategy, ensuring effective succession planning and career development activities.
• Administer the Performance Management System (PMS), ensuring its effective implementation and alignment with organizational goals.
• Analyze organizational structures, culture, and performance metrics to implement targeted interventions and foster a high-performing work environment.
