Job summary

ABA Recruits is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist in Doha to work with children with developmental, physical, sensory, and behavioral challenges. You will assess, plan, and deliver individualized interventions as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years of pediatric OT experience, a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, and excellent English communication. Salary is QAR 15,000–18,000 per month, with Sunday– Thursday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy.
• Minimum 3 years of pediatric Occupational Therapy experience.
• Experience working with children with special needs (ASD, ADHD, etc.).
• Strong understanding of sensory integration, developmental milestones, and behavioral management.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments.
• Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based interventions to improve fine motor, sensory processing, functional and daily living skills.
• Work closely with speech therapists, behavioral therapists, psychologists, educators, and families.
• Educate parents and caregivers on home programs and progress.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.
• Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and professional development.
