Job summary

A leading company in supply chain management is seeking a Parts Supervisor in Doha, Qatar. Responsibilities include establishing inventory management processes, ensuring timely delivery of spare parts, managing dealer relationships, and leading a sales team. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Supply Chain Management or related fields, along with 5-10 years of experience and bilingual skills in Arabic/English.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years experience in the same field.
  • Experience in generating process documentation and reports.
  • Experience in Commercial and Heavy Equipment Parts.
  • Proven experience in Parts ordering and planning.

  • Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of spare parts to meet customer demands.
  • Ensure timely approvals and communicate with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with dealers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
  • Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.
  • Formulate and implement innovative business plans to capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify pricing trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Proven experience in Budgeting and cost controlling.
  • Optimize inventory planning processes to minimize stockouts and excess inventory costs.
Required skills and qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration/Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • 5-10 years Experience in same field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
