You will manage a team, ensure system reliability and security, and collaborate with departments to deliver effective tech solutions. Part-time role with flexible hours; relocation support available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience as IT Manager or similar role.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of networks, security, databases, cloud computing.
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall methods.
• Fluent in English; Malayalam or Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company's goals.
• Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Oversee the maintenance and security of all systems and networks.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements as necessary.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services.
