This part-time role (20 hours per week) requires English communication, supervisory experience, and in-depth knowledge of cleaning products and safety protocols; applicants should have their own visa and be prepared for flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team of cleaners.
• Experience in housekeeping or similar role.
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment and techniques.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Physical stamina for standing, lifting and carrying heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train a team of cleaners, ensuring they are following company policies and procedures
• Assign tasks and duties to staff based on their skills and availability
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all areas are clean and well-maintained
• Order cleaning supplies and equipment as needed
• Maintain inventory of cleaning materials and report any shortages or damages
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
• Create work schedules for the team, taking into account peak hours and special requests from clients
• Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
