Qualifications

• Native Malayalee with excellent proficiency in English.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics or related field.
• Previous experience in tutoring or teaching English as a second language is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching.

Responsibilities

• Assessing students' current English language skills and creating personalized lesson plans to address their individual needs
• Teaching grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and other language skills using various teaching methods and materials
• Providing constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their language proficiency
• Monitoring students' progress and adjusting lesson plans accordingly
• Preparing students for exams or interviews if necessary
• Communicating with parents or guardians to provide updates on students' progress
