Job summary

ConFlip is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide part-time assistance for an elderly person in Al-Khor, Qatar. The role requires Indian language fluency and prior eldercare experience.

You will help with daily tasks, meals, medications, and accompany the individual to appointments while ensuring safety and dignity. The position offers on-site work in Al-Khor with accommodation provided and a flexible part-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for elderly individuals, preferably in a home setting.
• Fluent in Hindi or another Indian language.
• Compassionate and patient with excellent communication skills.
• Physically able to assist with lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time.
• Must have own valid visa or be willing to obtain one independently.
• Able to work part-time hours and provide on-call availability when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Administer medications as prescribed by the individual's doctor.
• Prepare meals and ensure proper nutrition.
• Accompany individual to appointments or social outings.
• Provide companionship and engage in conversation with the individual.
• Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns to family members or healthcare providers.
