Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic a plus).
• Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Monitor company expenses and ensure they are within budget.
• Reconcile bank statements and other accounts; ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Communicate with clients regarding billing and payments.
• Assist with tax preparation and filing.
• Handle any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
