Job summary

Jing Hau in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced Painter to join our team. This full-time role involves general painting and decorating duties and requires a minimum of two years of relevant experience.

You will prepare surfaces, apply finishes, mix paints, and maintain tools for interior and exterior projects. The successful candidate must work independently, be punctual and detail-oriented, and deliver quality workmanship with strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in painting & decorating.
• Ability to work independently.
• Punctual and reliable with good problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Preparing surfaces for painting and wallpapering, including stripping old wallpaper and filling holes and cracks.
• Applying paint or other finishes to surfaces such as walls, ceilings, woodwork, floors, doors and windows.
• Mixing paints and other finishes according to manufacturer’s instructions.
• Using ladders or scaffolding when necessary.
• Working safely with all types of paint products.
• Cleaning up after each job is complete.
• Ensuring that all tools are properly maintained.
• Following safety guidelines at all times.
