Job summary

PH Consultancy is hiring an Order Picker / Order Fulfilment Associate in Doha to manage end-to-end order fulfilment. You will retrieve items, verify quantities, and coordinate with packing and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires 1–2 years of warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and ability to work shifts, including weekends. Proficiency with WMS is preferred to keep real-time order status updated.

About the Role

We are hiring an Order Picker / Order Fulfilment Associate to manage the end-to-end process of retrieving, verifying, and preparing customer orders for accurate and timely fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retrieve items from inventory based on order fulfilment lists.
• Verify item, quantity, and condition before processing.
• Coordinate with packing and dispatch teams for smooth order flow.
• Update order status in WMS/inventory systems in real time.
• Identify and elevate stock discrepancies or fulfilment delays.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe picking/staging areas.
• Meet order fulfilment SLAs and productivity targets.
• Follow warehouse safety and operational procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant warehouse/logistics experience ismandatory.
• Experience in order picking, fulfilment, or warehouse operations.
• Experience with WMS/order management systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Ability to lift/move items and remain active for extended periods.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends, if required.
