Job summary

A prominent technology company in Qatar is seeking a skilled professional to design and implement Oracle IDAM solutions. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the Oracle IDAM suite and a strong understanding of identity management principles. Responsibilities include integrating IDAM with enterprise applications, developing custom workflows, and ensuring compliance with IAM policies. Candidates with a degree in Computer Science or related fields and related certifications will be preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle IDAM suite.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle, RBAC, SAML, OAuth, and LDAP.
• Proficiency in Java, shell scripting, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with integration into cloud platforms (Azure AD, AWS IAM).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Oracle IDAM solutions includingOIM, OAM, OUD, OIF, and OAAM
• Integrate IDAM with enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, AD, LDAP, cloud platforms)
• Develop workflows, connectors, and custom adapters for provisioning and reconciliation
• Configure SSO, federation, and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
• Perform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning of Oracle IDAM components
• Conduct security assessments and ensure compliance with IAM policies and standards
• Collaborate with security architects, application owners, and infrastructure teams
• Provide technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and post‑implementation support

Skills

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle IDAM suite
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle, RBAC, SAML, OAuth, and LDAP
• Proficiency in Java, Shell scripting, and REST/SOAP APIs
