The Operations Lead (Groceries) oversees the daily activities of grocery pickers, quality checkers, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment. The role involves leading, coaching, and scheduling staff while managing resources across multiple branches to maintain seamless operations. By improving on‑ground throughput, reducing bottlenecks, and ensuring SLA compliance, the Grocery Operations Supervisor drives higher customer satisfaction and operational excellence. This position plays a key role in optimizing resource utilization and supporting sustainable growth while maintaining service quality at scale.

  • Oversee daily grocery operations (picking, QC, and dispatch) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Lead, coach, and schedule operations teams across multiple branches.
  • Monitor key metrics such as preparation time, SLA compliance, driver wait time, and order cancellations.
  • Improve on‑ground efficiency by identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks.
  • Optimize resource utilization and manpower allocation across branches.
  • Drive process improvements and automation to enhance speed and accuracy.
  • Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction (NPS and SLA targets).

  • Education: Minimum High School Diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain Management preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2‑3 years in grocery, warehouse, or delivery operations, with prior team supervision experience.
  • Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end order fulfillment, including picking, quality control, and dispatch.
  • Proven track record in monitoring and improving operational KPIs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Skilled in resource planning and operational coordination across multiple locations.
