The role involves leading, coaching, and scheduling staff while managing resources across multiple branches to maintain seamless operations. By improving on‑ground throughput, reducing bottlenecks, and ensuring SLA compliance, the Grocery Operations Supervisor drives higher customer satisfaction and operational excellence. This position plays a key role in optimizing resource utilization and supporting sustainable growth while maintaining service quality at scale.

• Oversee daily grocery operations (picking, QC, and dispatch) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Lead, coach, and schedule operations teams across multiple branches.
• Monitor key metrics such as preparation time, SLA compliance, driver wait time, and order cancellations.
• Improve on‑ground efficiency by identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks.
• Optimize resource utilization and manpower allocation across branches.
