Job summary

An oil and gas service company in Doha is seeking a Drilling and Wells Equipment Coordinator to oversee completions and workover equipment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in equipment assembly and operational environments, preferably with Al-Shaheen. Responsibilities include managing inventory, liaising with equipment vendors, and ensuring compliance with HSE standards. This role offers an onshore, rotational work schedule.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in operational environments, preferably with Al‑Shaheen.
• Well-developed analysis and reporting skills.
• Familiar with Supply Chain Management processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Completions & Workover Sub‑Assembly Makeup and Pressure Test.
• Maintain close communications with D&W Equipment Specialist for preparations.
• Liaise with equipment vendors for inspections and function testing.
• Manage Sub‑Assembly and Completion accessories inventory.

Skills

Extensive experience with Completion and Well Services equipment

Operations experience

Strong communication skills

Fluent in written and spoken English

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
