Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in Doha seeks an experienced HR Manager for a pivotal role focused on talent acquisition. The ideal candidate must be a Qatari National with at least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and a minimum of 10 years of HR experience, including 5 years in a managerial position within the Oil & Gas sector. This position requires strong stakeholder management and compliance capabilities with an understanding of Qatar's labor laws.

Qualifications

• Qatari National, Male (required).
• 10 to 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior HR role.
• Mandatory experience in the Oil & Gas sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's manpower plans.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment cycles including job postings, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Oversee HR policies, procedures, and processes ensuring alignment with company objectives and Qatari labor laws.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems.
• Prepare periodic HR dashboards and manpower reports for management.
