Job summary

A leading energy services company in Doha is seeking a Material Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in oil & gas processing, with at least 5 years spent offshore. Responsibilities include managing loading and off-loading activities at NOC offshore facilities and supporting material management. Candidates should be fluent in English and possess strong interpersonal skills. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in oil & gas processing or petrochemical plants.
  • At least 5 years offshore on-field equipment experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct loading and off-loading activities at NOC offshore facilities.
  • Support site Work Preparator with material management on the platform.
  • Provide regular performance reports and accountability for responsibilities.
  • Maintain effective relationships with external parties and teams.
  • Help in the development and implementation of department processes.
  • Ensure safety in the loading and unloading of materials.
  • Support transportation of materials and record shipping movements.
  • Guide junior staff and foster a learning environment.
