Job summary

Milaha is looking for a seasoned HSE/Quality leader to oversee safety and quality across Offshore & Marine operations. You will ensure ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 compliance, drive risk management, and guide audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires 8–10 years in HSE/Quality, with diving and ROV experience, and certifications such as NEBOSH and IOSH. International offshore exposure and BOSIET/H2S OPITO are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of HSE/Quality experience, offshore preferred.
• Hands-on exposure to Diving and ROV operations.
• Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001/14001/45001 is required.
• Valid BOSIET/H2S OPITO and regulatory compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support HSE and Quality management across Milaha Offshore & Marine.
• Drive ISO 9001/14001/45001 compliance and risk management.
• Develop and review HIRA, HAZID, HAZOP, SIMOPS, and SWIFT analyses.
• Ensure safe execution of AIR/SAT Diving and ROV operations with competent personnel.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement; support audits and inspections.
• Provide expert HSE guidance to Project Managers and leadership.
