A leading engineering services firm is currently seeking a Field Safety Officer to ensure a safe and compliant work environment in Qatar. This role requires 6 years of safety operations experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong focus on incident investigation and compliance monitoring. The successful candidate will develop safety training programs and ensure proper maintenance of safety equipment. This permanent position offers a 28/28 offshore rotation with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 6 years of varied experience in safety operations within the oil and gas industry.
• Must have offshore experience.
• Training certifications: BOIEST, FOET, HUET, STCW.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety equipment and facilities maintenance.
• Conduct safety training programs for employees and contractors.
• Monitor safety practices of maintenance and construction crews.
