Job summary

A marine operations company is seeking an experienced Crew Coordinator in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end crew recruitment for offshore operations and manage various administrative tasks including travel arrangements and compliance. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and have 3-5 years of relevant experience in the marine or offshore industry. Strong English communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in HR, Marine Admin, or Crew Coordination within a marine/offshore company.
• Knowledge of offshore fleet recruitment, marine certifications & safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end crew recruitment for offshore operations.
• Coordinate visas, gate passes, offshore training, medicals, and mobilization logistics.
• Handle crew travel: flight bookings, hotel arrangements, port/heliport coordination.
• Maintain personnel files, payroll inputs, and Oracle/Shipnet updates.
• Manage emergency medical cases, ensuring transport, documentation, and crew welfare.
• Liaise with authorities, agencies, training centers, and classification bodies for certifications and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to MLC 2006, ISM, ISO & OHS standards.
