Qualifications

• High school diploma and technical certification in drilling preferred.
• 5 years on offshore rigs, including 3 years as AD or Senior Floorman.
• Familiarity with QatarEnergy well control protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Driller in drilling operations and monitor well parameters.
• Enforce QHSE policies and participate in safety meetings.
• Supervise Floormen and Roustabouts in drill floor operations.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and report malfunctions.
• Document daily drilling progress and complete checklists.
