Office Assistant (Part Time) – Lusail, Qatar. We are currently seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant on a part-time basis. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient and smooth operations of our office in Lusail, Qatar.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for management
  • Assist with preparing documents, reports, and presentations
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Manage petty cash transactions
  • Keep track of inventory and order supplies when needed
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred
  • Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent qualification
