Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the nursing staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Monitor patient care and ensure all treatments are administered correctly
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with all legal requirements
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create treatment plans for patients
• Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment
• Provide support and guidance to nursing staff in difficult situations
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulations to ensure high-quality care for patients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field

Salary

The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
