Nurse Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager to oversee our healthcare team in Doha. As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and evaluating all nursing activities within our facility. Your duties will include managing staff schedules, monitoring patient care, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Proven leadership skills and previous experience in a management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and policies
  • Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
  • Egyptian nationality preferred
