Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role in the hospitality industry preferred.
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-of-day accounting procedures and balance all daily transactions.
• Verify and post all sales and expenses from various hotel departments.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and other financial data.
• Assist with auditing room rates, charges, and taxes on guest accounts.
