Night Auditor - Indian Nationals

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of our hotel and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and guest information.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-of-day accounting tasks such as balancing daily revenue and expense transactions
• Verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
• Complete daily audit reports and communicate any issues or concerns to management
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
• Maintain a professional and welcoming attitude towards guests at all times
• Monitor hotel security during overnight hours
• Assist with checking in late arriving guests and preparing for next day arrivals
• Prepare breakfast for early departing guests as needed

Requirements

• Indian national preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic math skills and proficiency with computer systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
