Job summary

Work standard is seeking a Night Auditor for our Doha, Qatar site. The role centers on verifying guest accounts, nightly settlement, and ensuring accurate transactions while maintaining professional guest service.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service and organizational skills, be able to work independently, and have English fluency. Malayalee or Egyptian nationality preferred, with prior night audit experience enhancing candidacy.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or front desk operations is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Fluency in English required; other languages a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests on arrival.
• Check guests in and out and update reservations.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate guest accounts and process payments.
• Prepare daily night reports of all transactions.
