Job description

We are in need of a skilled and dedicated Nepali Waiter to join our team in Ar-Ruwais.

As a Waiter you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner.
• Ensure all guest requests are fulfilled promptly.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any concerns or complaints.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area.
• Follow proper food safety and hygiene procedures at all times.

Requirements

• Must be of Nepali nationality.
• No English language skills required; basic communication skills preferred.
• Previous experience as a Waiter is not necessary but will be an advantage.
• Willing to work on a contract basis with flexible working hours including weekends and holidays.
• Must have own visa or willing to transfer sponsorship to our company.
• Accommodation will be provided by the company.
