Job summary

Dynamic Staffing Services seeks an experienced NDT specialist in Qatar. The role focuses on in-depth knowledge of conventional and advanced NDT methods, development and approval of procedures, and strict interpretation of international codes and client specs.

You will lead trainings and certify Level I/II personnel, while maintaining inspector documentation and supporting audits. You will coordinate site visits and demonstrations, ensuring high quality reporting and client satisfaction across

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of conventional and advanced NDT methods
• Ability to develop, review and approve advanced NDT procedures
• Competence in interpreting codes and standards (ASME, BS EN, ASTM, ISO, AWS, API)
• Familiarity with equipment handling, calibration, data interpretation and reporting
• Ability to mentor Level I and II personnel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Review technical documents and provide feedback to clients
• Maintain inspectors' documentation per company practice
• Attend audits and demonstrations/site visits

Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

• In-depth knowledge of Conventional & Advanced NDT methods / techniques (PAUT, TOFD, Tube Inspections, ACFM, MFL)
• Ability to develop, review, and approve advanced NDT procedures - conventional & advanced NDT methods
• Competence in interpreting codes, standards (ASME, BS EN, ASTM, ISO, AWS, API), and various client specifications
• Familiarity with equipment handling, calibration, flaw detection, data interpretation & reporting.
• Ability to assess and solve complex technical problems
• Ability to train, mentor, and certify Level I and Level II personnel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Responsible to review the technical documents & share the feedback to clients
• Maintain the inspectors' documents in line with companies' written practice.
• Responsible to attend internal & external audits
• Responsible to attend / conduct demonstrations, site visits, activity monitoring.

Preferred candidate profile

Engg Degree with 10+ years experience.

ASNT NDT Level III (RT, UT, MT, PT); PCN Level 3 (UT, PAUT & TOFD)
