We are looking for a skilled and experienced House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a prestigious multinational household in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the House Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the household, including supervising staff, maintaining the property, and ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of the residents.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all household staff, including housekeepers, cooks, gardeners, etc.
• Create schedules for staff and ensure proper coverage at all times
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
• Maintain the household budget and handle all financial transactions related to the household
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance of the property
• Ensure that all supplies are stocked and available at all times
• Oversee household events and functions, including guest management and event planning
