Motion Graphics Designer

We are seeking a talented and innovative Motion Graphics Designer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will work closely with the creative team to conceptualize and create visually appealing animations and motion graphics for various projects. You will be responsible for creating engaging and dynamic designs that communicate the desired message effectively. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, animation techniques, and industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and develop creative solutions
• Create visually appealing motion graphics and animations using industry-standard software
• Develop storyboards, sketches, and design concepts for animations
• Ensure that all designs are consistent with brand guidelines
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and software updates
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for new projects
• Communicate progress and any potential issues to the project manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts or related field
• Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous motion graphics work
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Cinema 4D or other animation software
• Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition techniques
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail with excellent time management skills
• Positive attitude towards feedback and ability to incorporate changes into designs

Preferred:

• Experience in creating motion graphics for social media platforms such as Instagram and YouTube
• Knowledge of video production techniques such as editing and sound design
• Familiarity with 3D modeling and animation
• Ability to hand-draw or illustrate
