Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum five years in maintaining and repairing commercial/industrial HVAC/R and ICWS.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, RTUs, and controls.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control faults and perform corrective maintenance.
• Perform preventive maintenance as per schedules and manuals.
• Monitor system performance and suggest improvements for reliability and efficiency.
• Operate and maintain ICWS/water systems and monitor SCADA/BMS interfaces.
• Maintain logs, ensure safety and perform after-hours support when needed.
