Job description

Amentum is seeking a Mid-level All-source Collection Requirements Manager to support our newly United States Forces Global (USFOR-G) Global Intelligence Services (GIS) contract. To provide multidiscipline intelligence operations in support of (ISO) global United States (US) military and government operations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the USFOR-G and supported unit Collection Management Division.
  • Coordinating all ISR collection requirements and ensuring all intelligence data is properly disseminated within the CJOA.
  • Travel (ground/air), when required, throughout the CJOA, IOT accomplish support activities.
  • Coordinate all ISR collection requirements.
  • Identify intelligence gaps and produce collection requirements.
  • Assign priority intelligence requirements to collection platforms and produce an All-source Intelligence collection plan.
  • Communicate with higher and lower echelons units and disseminate collection plans.
  • Ensure all intelligence data is properly disseminated throughout the CJOA.
  • Publish reports and disseminate via email and post on appropriate websites when required.
  • Monitor for, validate, and distribute new collection requirements when required.
  • Develop new training tools.
  • Answer intelligence related RFIs.
  • De-conflict or collaborate on theater HUMINT requirements.
  • Give presentations and briefings when required.
Requirements
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance
  • Associate’s degree OR at least two years of direct intelligence analysis experience
  • At least three years operational Collection Management experience within
  • DoD or equivalent Government agencies
  • Thorough understanding of DoD and Service collection techniques, capabilities, and applications
  • Proficient in using basic computer applications to include MS Office (including PowerPoint) and intelligence related automation
  • Knowledge and familiarity of systems such as Falconview and C2PC
  • Experience with IC collection management systems (e.g. Coliseum) mission applications
  • Experience with communications capabilities within JWICS, INTELINK, and SIPRNet (e.g. MIRC, Jabber Chat, etc.)
  • Strong writing and briefing skills
  • Capable of effectively operating as a member of a joint/combined intelligence team
  • Capable of effective communication in the accomplishment of collection management reporting and requirements
Desired qualification
  • Associate or bachelor’s Degree or equivalent military enlisted or company grade officer experience AND/OR completion of the ISR Operations Course (Goodfellow AFB)
  • Knowledge of communication and dissemination architecture
  • Experience with tactical ground and air sensor operations and management
  • OSINT/PAI research and analytical experience
