Role Overview

The Microsoft 365 & Intune Specialist will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and optimizing the organization’s Microsoft 365 environment. This role includes managing endpoint security, device compliance, user onboarding, and enterprise mobility through Intune and related cloud services.

Key Skills & Expertise

• Administration of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• Intune expertise in device enrollment, compliance policies, conditional access, and endpoint security
• Configuration of MDM / MAM policies, security baselines, and protection settings
• Support and implementation of best practices for Microsoft 365 management and adoption.

Requirements

Certifications

Required: Microsoft 365 Certified : Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

Preferred: Microsoft 365 Certified : Enterprise Administrator Expert.

Experience Requirements

5–8+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration

Proven hands‑on experience with Intune configuration and deployment

Background in enterprise-level endpoint management and identity governance.
