Job summary

Want More is seeking a Merchandiser in Doha, Qatar to join our team on a full-time basis. The position reports to the merchandising manager and focuses on analyzing sales trends, sourcing products, and developing assortments to meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate has strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Salary offered is 1700 QAR per month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Previous experience in merchandising or retail management is an advantage
• Excellent negotiation skills as well as strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales trends and create product assortments that meet customer needs and increase sales
• Negotiate with vendors on pricing, delivery terms, product quality, and other terms of sale
• Develop relationships with new vendors to source products for customers
• Develop promotional material such as catalogs and advertisements to increase customer visibility of products
• Ensure product availability and manage stock levels to meet customer demand
• Monitor competition and market trends to ensure the company is competitively positioned within the marketplace.
• Work with team members to provide exceptional customer service through excellent product knowledge.
