We are currently hiring a Merchandiser for a full-time position in Lusail, Qatar. This is an urgent requirement and we are looking for experienced candidates with English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Plan and execute product displays, promotions, and special events to attract customers
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences
• Collaborate with sales team to develop effective pricing strategies
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain appropriate stock levels in stores
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms for products
• Train store staff on merchandising techniques and ensure compliance with company standards
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments

Requirements

• Indian nationality preferred (open to other nationalities)
• Previous experience as a Merchandiser in a retail setting is required
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Biometric passport is mandatory for travel purposes
• Must be able to start immediately
